Bernedoodle
Bernese Mountain Poo
The Bernedoodle is a cross between an Bernese Mountain Dog and a Poodle (Standard). The Bernedoodle is a hybrid or designer breed that was developed by crossing Bernese Mountain Dog and a Poodle (Standard). Though the breed was intended to be a 50/50 mix, many of the Bernedoodle are bred over many generations and may not always be 50% and 50%. The best way to determine the temperament of a mixed breed is to look up all breeds in the cross and know you can get any combination of any of the characteristics found in either breed. We currently do not have more detailed information for this breed.

Australian Labradoodle
The Australian Labradoodle breed dates back to the 1980's and was initiated by Wally Conran of Royal Guide Dogs located in Victoria Australia. The intent was to create a breed that was allergy and asthma friendly with the temperament of a service dog. This journey was inspired by a vision impaired woman in Hawaii needed a Guide Dog which wouldn't aggravate her husband's allergies. Of the 31 Labradoodles bred at Royal Guide Dogs, a staggering 29 made it through as Guide Dogs... an accolade of paralleled proportion for this "new breed' of Guide Dog. Currently the Australian Labradoodle is considered to be a cross between the Poodle, co*cker Spaniel and Labrador Retriever, while the Labradoodle is a cross between the Labrador Retriever and Poodle only.

Labradoodle
The Labradoodle is a mix between the Labrador Retriever and the Poodle. Both breeds are excellent for children and families. The Labradoodle became known in 1988, when Australian breeder Wally Conron crossed the Labrador Retriever and Standard Poodle at the Royal Guide Dogs Associations of Australia in Victoria.Conron's aim was to combine the low-shedding coat of the Poodle with the gentleness and trainability of the Labrador, and to provide a guide dog suitable for people with allergies to fur and dander. Sultan, a dog from this litter, displayed all the qualities Conron was seeking and worked as a guide dog for a woman in Hawaii for ten years.Although Guide Dogs Victoria no longer breed Labradoodles, they are bred by other guide and assistance dog organizations in Australia and other places. The Association for the Blind of Western Australia has introduced Labradoodles into their training program, and their first, Jonnie, graduated in November 2010. Labradoodles are now widely used around the world as guide, assistance, and therapy dogs as well as being popular family dogs. The Norwegian Royal Crown Prince and Princess own a Labradoodle.

Biewer Terrier
Biewer Yorkshire Terrier a la Pom Pon, Biewer, Biewer Yorkie, Biro Yorkshire Terrier
The Biewer Terrier, originally called the Biewer Yorkshire Terrier a la Pom Pon, was first bred by Mr. and Mrs. Werner Biewer in Germany. The first Biewer was born in 1984 and it was through a selective breeding program that the Biewer Yorkshire Terrier a la Pom Pon was developed. It was first registered as a breed of its own with the ACH, and the breed standard was signed in 1989. After Mr. Biewer died in 1997, interest in the Biewer breed began to diminish. In 2003, the Biewer Terrier was brought to America and within one year the popularity of this loveable dog began to grow. The Biewer Terrier was accepted as a distinct breed of its own by the American Rare Breed Association in 2007. With its lighthearted, playful, child-like attitude, this tri-colored toy terrier is gaining popularity with dog lovers everywhere. Equally as good with children as it is with other dogs of all sizes, the Biewer Terrier is a loyal and fast friend to all it considers part of its family. Although every dog has its own unique and special personality, as a breed, the Biewer Terrier is confident, happy, fun loving and even tempered. Generally speaking, Biewers are not noisy or especially difficult in any particular way.
