This program series features a male leader within the local community as they share their career journey. This virtual gathering is open for ideally men, but anyone will find it useful to attend and focus on these motivational strategies for success. This session is presented in collaboration by Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society as it pertains to their Athletic Pillar of Leadership & Excellence:Attend this session to interact with Coach Tom Geist. Tom is a Marine Corps Veteran, and entrepreneur who is currently the Director of in-school suspension and wrestling coach at Northwoods Park Middle School in Jacksonville, NC. He is also the president of Carolina Elite Wrestling Club, a nonprofit youth sports organization. He will share his story and leadership lessons he has learned along the way while encouraging others to be their very best.
