A socket - The socket size will depend on the bolt size you're using for your casters.
Steps to Installing Casters:
1. Place the casters
Place the casters on the cart or truck, and line up the holes.
2. Hand tighten bolts
Insert the bolts in the bolt holes and hand tighten them.
3. Use your ratchet
Put your socket on your extension and put your extension on your ratchet. Then tighten the bolts - don't make it overly tight.
Removing Casters
To remove your casters, simply switch your socket wrench to loosen the bolts. Loosen each bolt until they come out of the bolt holes. Remove the caster. Repeat this step for each caster.

Castor is a British term for caster wheel, whereas caster is an American term for caster wheel. A caster or castor is a pivoting roller attached to the bottom of furniture or a portable machine for easy movement.
Grip Neck stems are used in conjunction with metal or plastic sockets to attach a caster to a wood application. As a result, installation usually requires a drill to make a hole in the wood.
First, place a two-part bearing inside the wheel and use a pneumatic press to lock the pieces together. Then, attach steel guards on both sides to prevent objects from getting inside the wheel. Secure and tighten all the wheel pieces with an impact gun.
Push tip of tool into gap between two socket-sleeve teeth. Pry up on tool, to loosen teeth. Once the socket sleeve is loose, grip it with pliers. Pull socket-sleeve straight out.
Caster mounts can come in two styles, either plate or stem. Plate and stem mounts will both attach your caster to your cart or other project, but each has different advantages and is good for different applications. The type of mount you need will also depend on what you are attaching it to.
In sum, caster wheels can usually be replaced as a unit. In some cases, individual caster wheels cannot be purchased and should only be replaced with their entire unit.
Place a wheel over each pilot hole, aligning the screw holes on the wheel with the holes you drilled. Insert screws through the holes in the wheels and into the pilot holes in your item. Using a screwdriver or drill, tighten the screws until the wheels are securely fastened.
If you are fond of needlework, then you most likely have such a tool. And it's suitable not only for creating wonderful thread patterns but also for cleaning the caster. It is worth acting in the same way as with tweezers: gently hook hairs with a hook and gradually unravel them.
Ask a friend to help hold one side of the bed frame off the floor so that you can access the castor you want to replace. The castors are normally fitted into a groove so you should be able to pull them out with a simple tug. You may have to wiggle the castor back and forth to loosen the stem from the base.
