Feral Support | GRID™ Autosport FAQs (2024)

In order to play a splitscreen race, you must have two input devices connected to your computer (e.g. two gamepads, or a keyboard and a gamepad).

The instructions below are written from the point of view of Player 1, unless otherwise stated.

  1. From the Main Menu, select Splitscreen.

  2. A message will appear asking Player 2 to press a key or button on their input device to join the game. Player 2 must do so now.

  3. You will be taken to the Splitscreen Lobby. Select either Playlist or Custom Cup, depending on which type of race you want to play.

  4. If you have chosen to use a playlist, select one from the Playlist Select screen. If you have chosen to play a custom cup, adjust the options on the Cup Settings screen, then select Done.

  5. You will be returned to the Splitscreen Lobby. When you're ready to start playing, select Go to Race.

  6. The Vehicle Select screen will appear. Select a vehicle.

  7. The Vehicle Select screen will reappear. Player 2 must select a vehicle.

  8. After the loading screens, the Paddock Area screen will appear. Adjust your vehicle and race settings if you wish, then select Race.

  9. The Paddock Area screen will reappear. Player 2 can adjust their vehicle and race settings if they wish. Player 2 must then select Race.

  10. The race will begin.
