Aritzia accepts returns for a refund for 10 to 30 days after the date of purchase. The in-store return window is 10 days, while online orders get 14 days for a full refund. You can get a merchandise gift card for 30 days after the purchase.
To return something, you can go to a store or mail it back. Then, Aritzia can process your request.

Before you shop at Aritzia, you should consider its various return policies. If you have an Aritzia account and live in the US, you can return items for free.
But to get your money back or store credit, you need to meet certain conditions. Here’s what you should know about the return policies from Aritzia.
In-Store Orders
If you buy something at an Aritzia store, you have to return it in the store. Sadly, you can’t return anything that you buy on sale. However, you can return regular-price items for up to 10 days to get a refund to your original payment method.
Luckily, you can return the item to any Aritzia, not necessarily the location where you bought the item. If you miss the 10-day cutoff, you can still return it for up to 21 days after purchase. But during the remaining 11 days, you’ll get store credit or exchange the item.
Online Orders
When you need to return something you buy online, you can do so through the Aritzia website. If you live near a retail store, you can also go in person. Keep in mind that you can’t return swimwear in stores.
You can get a full refund up to 14 days after the shipping date of your order. For up to 30 days, you can get an eGift card to use on the Aritzia site. If you return something on sale, you can get store credit up to 14 days after the shipping date.
However, sale items with 50% discounts aren’t eligible for returns. If you want to exchange your item, the best option is to go to your local Aritzia. Or you can wait for the store credit and place a new order online.
How to Mail an Order Back
If you want to return something by mail, you’ll need to go to the Aritzia website. You can log into your account to start the process for free. But if you ordered as a guest, you’ll need to pay $8 for shipping.
Fill out the order tracking form if you were a guest or access your order history as a member. Select the items you want to return and fill out the order return form. Then, follow the prompts on the screen.
Use the return label that came with your order to package the return. You can contact Aritzia if you need a new return label. The company will email you once they process the return and send you a refund or store credit.
Return and Exchange Condition Requirements
Unfortunately, you can only return items that are unwashed and unworn. The item has to have the original tag on it, and you need a valid receipt. If you need to return swimwear, the liner must be in place.
No matter the condition, you can’t return face masks, hosiery, bodysuits, or other intimate items. If you buy a gift card, you can’t exchange that for cash. Also, if you pay with PayPal in-store, you can only get store credit or exchange the item.
When you pay with PayPal online, you can get a refund to your PayPal account. But you have to return your order through the mail.
Cancel an Order
Before you receive an order, you may realize it won’t work. In that case, you can contact Aritzia and ask to cancel it. Be sure to call within 30 minutes of submitting your order to cancel.
Otherwise, you’ll need to wait to receive the items and start the return process.
Why Are the Online and In-Store Policies Different?
It’s unclear why the online and in-store return policies differ at Aritzia. However, there’s a good chance it has to do with the shipping times. You have a longer window to return online orders since shipping can take a while. Also, the return window starts when the item ships, not when it arrives at your door.
